I am the owner and artist at the Perfect Hair and Makeup. I have been working professionally in the industry since 2011. Occasionally I do bring an assistant to help me at larger weddings.
When should I expect a response?
Please allow up to 24 hours for response including phone calls during weekdays. Weekend inquiries should expect a response on Monday.
What should I expect at a trial? How to prepare?
Please do not bring more than one additional person to a trial. Trails are located in my studio space in Solon, Ohio. You may bring photos and ideas to get us started. Trials take up to one hour per service. Please have Clean/Dry hair and no makeup on. You may bring any accessories you plan to wear.
On the wedding day how long does each service take?
approximately 30 min
What type of products do you use?
I am not exclusive to one brand. All products are professional.
Does the information need to be accurate on the contract?
Yes, please be as accurate as possible. Changes made after the contract is signed are not guaranteed.
Policies
in studio
Any appointment no showed, canceled, rescheduled within 24hrs of the appointment will result in a charge equal to the price of the appointment.
There is a 15 minute grace period
wedding day
Delayed start $50/30min
No cancelations 60 days prior to the wedding date $465 payment will be due
No holds on dates (even if you have a trail scheduled) a contract and deposit secures the date
Any location that is more than 30 miles away from Twinsburg studio will be $100 every 30 miles (ex. location 42 miles away is $100, location 62 miles away is $200)
